SHIPPING

All correspondence regarding your order (confirmation, shipping, delivery etc.) will be sent to you from dialog@dahcor.com. 


If the shipping address has an apartment or unit number, please be sure to include it. 


After you place an order, we will send you an e-mail, within 3 business days, with the delivery time. The Rackets have different delivery times depending on the options chosen.


Shipping Options 


There are three different shipping options you can choose when you purchase products on our website:


Free Shipping


If your order exceeds the $ 200, there is a free shipping option, that takes 3 weeks to be delivered, from the moment the products are concluded and ready for shipping.


Standart Shipping - $ 35


From the moment the product(s) are ready for shipping, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered.


Express Shipping - $ 50


From the moment the product(s) are ready for shipping, it will take 1 to 3 business days to be delivered.

RETURNS


We give you all the guarantees to assure that when you get your DAHCOR products, you will play your best!


30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY


If for any reason you wish to return your unused or unworn purchase to us within 30 days (in the original packaging with DAHCOR tags attached), we will provide a refund, exchange* or credit. Simple as that. Any item returned to us that is not in an unused or unworn state, or is missing the DAHCOR tags, the item(s) will be subject to a discretionary cleaning and/or re-stocking fee. If the item(s) cannot be returned to inventory for whatever reason, we will notify the customer by email.


Regarding Rackets, if you are not totally satisfied with the way your new racket feels, we’ll make it right! In the same 30 days, you can return your racket and we will give you back the money. 


The transportation costs are not included on the Returns. 


*Exchange only applicable if replacement item is in stock on www.dahcor.com. 


PROCESS FOR RETURNS


If you wish to return an item, please email customerservice@dahcor.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) form and the address of the warehouse closer to you. Please quote your name, the online order number and the item(s) you wish to return.You must complete the RA form accordingly and include it in your returning package. 


Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process a return from the date of arrival at the respective warehouse.


Once we have received and processed your return, we will contact you on the course to action we decide to take.

WARRANTY

DAHCOR LIMITED WARRANTY


Rackets have warranty period of one year on any workmanship or materials defects.


If a Racket is returned within its Warranty period, DAHCOR might at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Racket (or the defective part of the Racket); 

  • Replace the Racket (or the defective part of the Racket) with the same model Racket (or Racket part); 

  • Provide you with a voucher to be used on DAHCOR’s website: www.dahcor.com; 

  • Issue a refund of the purchase price. 


However, the Limited Warranty does not include Rackets: 

  • That are damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper use, prolonged exposure to heat, or weather humidity; 

  • That were modified or altered (unless executed by an authorized DAHCOR repair facility); 

  • Where the Limited Warranty was expressly excluded.
