These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Custom-Made products from DAHCOR LLC (“DAHCOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website dahcor.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Custom-Made Products
Each Custom-Made product is uniquely designed according to your specifications and is manufactured exclusively for you. As such, these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (see Section 6: Returns & Refunds).
1.2 Order Confirmation
Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. However, your order is not considered accepted until we review the specifications and confirm feasibility. DAHCOR reserves the right to refuse any order that cannot be manufactured as requested.
1.3 Modifications & Cancellations
Due to the nature of Custom-Made products, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, production begins, and no changes can be made.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and verified.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, import duties, or taxes. International customers are responsible for any customs fees upon delivery.

Given the complexity of Custom-Made products, production timelines vary. Estimated production times are 8-12 weeks, but may be subject to delays due to material availability or customization complexity.

4.1 Handcrafted Excellence
Each Custom-Made product is crafted with the highest attention to detail. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are expected due to the handcrafted process.
4.2 Warranty
DAHCOR guarantees the quality of its products. If a manufacturing defect is found within 6 months of receipt, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. This does not cover:

5.1 No Returns on Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalized nature of our Custom-Made products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Section 4).
5.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing dialog@dahcor.com. We will evaluate the claim and, if validated, arrange for a repair or replacement.
6.1 Limitation of Liability
DAHCOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Custom-Made products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or labor strikes.
7.1 Design Ownership
All Custom-Made product designs, including unique colorways and branding elements, remain the intellectual property of DAHCOR. We reserve the right to use any design for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
8.1 Applicable Law
