Firstly, select the scenario you want. If you are not sure what technical specs suit you best, we strongly advise you to choose the Racket Match option, as you will get Mr. DAHCOR himself and our team of experts advising you.
Then, fill out the form with the most detail possible, as this will be the major input we have to base our proposal. You have the possibility to send us a personal Tennis video, if you feel it is an important input.
Keep in mind that you are buying a racket. Racket Match is not just an advisory service, but instead a thorough purchase process.
The prices displayed in each scenario might not be final. We will always present a proposal for the price you paid; however we might present some optional cosmetic customization that we feel would add value to your racket. These add-ons are not contemplated in the price paid in this first stage of the process.
Within 24 hours after you complete your purchase, we will present you our exclusive racket proposal made by our team of racket engineers.
The proposal presented is only final if it surpasses your highest expectations. You will be in direct contact with Mr. DAHCOR and if you feel there are some tweaks to be made to what was presented, you will have the immediate availability of the whole team by no extra costs.
We will only start the production once you give us the green light, there is no limits to the changes that you can ask to our initial (and future) proposal(s).
Once you give us the "go ahead", the production will start. It will take up to 10 weeks plus shipping time for your racket to be where it is supposed to be: in your hands!
