30 Day Returns


If for any reason you wish to return your DAHCOR purchase, simply follow the below instructions and return your unused or unworn item to us within 30 days (in original packaging with DAHCOR tags attached) and we’ll provide a refund, exchange* or credit. Simple as that.Any item returned to us that is not in an unused or unworn state, or is missing the DAHCOR tags, the item(s) will be subject to a discretionary cleaning and/or re-stocking fee. If the item(s) cannot be returned to inventory for whatever reason, we will notify the customer by email.*Exchange only applicable if replacement item is in stock on www.dahcor.com.


PROCESS FOR RETURNS


If you wish to return an item, please email customerservice@dahcor.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) form and the address of the warehouse closer to you. Please quote your name, online order number (in the subject of your order confirmation email) and the item(s) you wish to return. You must complete the RA form accordingly and include it in your returning package.Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process a return from date of arrival at the respective warehouse and that failure to obtain an RA form and number is likely to delay the refund/exchange process. Once we have received and processed your return, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
