1. THE PROGRAM

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN the four different AMBASSADOR Programs?

The four Ambassador Programs are the Root, the Core, the Premium and the Master. 

The “Root” is the most simplistic Program. It is the only one where you do not have to acquire all DAHCOR tennis equipment but, you are not able to acquire Merchandising, Optional Services or Inventory. Therefore, all of your sales shall be made through our website.

We will develop your Ambassador website with all your tennis and business related information, including Personal and Equipment Information, an Online Store with a Portable POS System (10.1" DAHCOR Hybrid Tablet), Webstore Backoffice, DAHCOR related events schedule, Photo and Video Gallery, Bio, Contacts, among other possible features. This service is present in all Programs.You will also be part of an innovative social platform where all of our Ambassadors and their events are publicized to the whole DAHCOR audience.

This Program has the highest unitary costs.

On the “Core”, and at the other two programs, you shall exclusively use DAHCOR equipment during all tennis related activities.

You will play not only with your own Autograph B.Y.O Racket, but with all DAHCOR custom-made Ammo, including Apparel, Shoes or Bags. You will be able to acquire Merchandising and Inventory, which will enable you to physically sell DAHCOR products.

On the “Premium” Program, you will be part of the creative process and will help us to develop your own brand. The Ammo you play with and the products you sell to your audience will have your brand's features, which can include: Logo, Personal Patterns, Caricature, Nickname or Signature. 

We will not only deliver DAHCOR custom-made Ammo, but your brand’s custom-made Ammo.

Finally, on the “Master” Program, you will be part of both the creative and manufacturing process. Apart from the brand development detailed on the “Premium Program” you will also help develop your own molds. From Rackets to Shoes and Strings to Bags, we will produce completely new products for you. With our technical assistance, you will guide the whole developing and manufacturing process along with our engineers and become one of the few tennis agents in the World to have a service like this. 

 

Is any Program free of costs?

No. All Contract scenarios have associated costs.

 

If the Contract is not free of costs, then does DAHCOR give any discounts for the PRODUCTS?

No, at DAHCOR we have a strict No Discount Policy. Instead, DAHCOR invests in you and on our partnership, and gives you better commercial conditions for all of your Products, because you are not a customer, you are part of DAHCOR!

 

Well, but isn’t “DAHCOR Investment” just a fancy expression for Discounts?

No. Discounts are a sale technique that is usually put into practice so brands earn revenues in some out dated products. At DAHCOR there are no such products!

We are not supplying standard equipment, we are doing much more than that. We have proposed you completely innovative Programs, with tailored equipment (and services) produced exclusively for you and your target. Plus, we want to be part of your tennis journey and help you achieve your goals on and off court with a holistic program. 

 

Is the “DAHCOR Investment” the same for every AMBASSADOR?

No, “DAHCOR Investment” (expressed on the Simulator as “Our Investment”) varies depending on your Contract Extension, the Payment Terms and the Quantity of Products you choose. The more extensive the Contract and/or the faster you pay, the bigger “Our Investment” is. The same applies to the different Products, the more you choose, the less you pay per unit.

 

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

What are the differences between Ammo, Merchandising and Inventory products?

The Ammo are products designed for you and adjusted to better suit your game. The Ammo is exclusively for your own use.

The Merchandising are products to exclusively use for social, promotional and testing activities. It is strictly forbidden to sell Merchandising.

The Inventory are products for re-sale. The Ambassador shall choose the Inventory specifications that best suit his/her market target.

It is important to mention that the products are all DAHCOR, which means they all pass by the same engineering process and quality tests. The only difference among them, are the technical and cosmetics specifications that are developed to fit the different purposes of each product category. 

 

how I should select the amount of Products (Ammo, Merchandising and Inventory) in my Contract?

To define the Product quantities you want in your Contract, you should have your annual needs and forecasts as basis.But do not worry too much about this decision, if you want to buy more Products during the Contract you will be able to. However, be aware that the commercial conditions for extra Products will not be as advantageous as the initial conditions. 

 

What about the transportation costs? Shall I pay an extra over “My Investment”?

No, the transportation costs are included in “Your Investment” on all Products and Programs. However, if you want to purchase more products during your Contract Term, you shall pay for the transportation costs.

 

At what moment do I choose the specifications of the Products in my Contract?

After you sign the Contract, you will be asked to give us all the details we need to develop the products that better suit you and your target, both in terms of cosmetics and the technical specifications.

 

And after I sign the Contract, how much time does it take until I receive the PRODUCTS?

You will receive all the Products in a maximum of 3 months from the moment you sign the Contract.

Since the time of production of the different Products is not the same, we will most likely send your Products in more than one shipment. 

 

what are “Your Market Goals” and how does the goals I set in the Simulator will impact the conditions of my Contract?

“Your Market Goals” are your 6 months’ online sales objectives.

You will have a code designated to you, and for every sale on https://dahcor.com made with your Ambassador’s code, you will be entitled to a percentage over the total value of the sale.

The percentage you earn for every sale is defined based on the objectives you set on “Your Market Goals”. The bigger your goals, the higher your percentage.

However, do not set unrealistic goals, as we will evaluate your sales performance every 6 months. If you are not meeting the goals you set, your percentage will be substantially decreased.

There are no associated costs with this feature of the program.

 

Then, what are the advantages of having Inventory, if I can sell all the products online?

By having Inventory you will have better commercial conditions, which will increase your unitary profit, when compared to online sales. Furthermore, you will be able to sell the products physically which will enable you to fulfil faster the orders and have a better conversion rate.

 

Can I set the resale conditions of the Inventory I have?

No, every person that represents and sells DAHCOR products must at all times follow the company’s price policy.

At the moment you place an order for Inventory, we will disclose our resale conditions.

You must at all times follow our No Discount Policy.

 

when do I receive the money I am entitled from the online sales?

Your revenue shall be grouped together and paid every month, on the last day of the given period.

 

About the Services, if I choose one service as optional do I get to pay for the service?

Well, I guess that is optional… You only pay for the services you activate in the future. By choosing the service as optional you leave open the possibility to acquire the service in the future. However, be aware that the commercial conditions for the optional service will not be as advantageous as the conditions you will have if you incorporate the service in the Contract.

 

3. COSTS AND PAYMENTS


How does the payment work? Why is there a difference between Products and Services on the Investment Plan? How much is my first payment? And the subsequent payments?

Calm down, one question at the time, you do not have to get nervous when it comes to the Contract Terms.

We can divide the Program in two: Products and Services.

To pay for the Products you have four options depending on how much you want to pay prior to production or “Upfront Investment” and how much you want to pay at the moment the products are ready for shipment or “Investment prior to Shipping”. The bigger the “Upfront Investment” share you pay for the Products the bigger “Our Investment” will be.

To pay for the Services you also have four options depending on how many installments you want to have. The same rule applies, the faster you pay for the Services, the bigger “Our Investment”.Your first payment will be your “Upfront Investment” for the Products plus the 1st Installment for the Services.

The subsequent payments depend on the Investment Plan you chose, if you have an “Investment prior to Shipping” you shall pay the amount in question within 5 business days after DAHCOR notifies the consignment is ready for shipment. 

If you have not chosen the Annual Investment regarding services, you shall pay the subsequent installment one month, three months or six months after the first installment, depending on your Investment Plan.

 

How are “Your Investment”, “Our Investment” and “Your Profit” calculated?

“Your Investment” is your Program’s price.

“Our Investment” is the difference between the Market Price and “Your Investment” in the Ammo and the benefits you get pending on your Contract Terms choices.

“Your Profit” is the sum between how much you profit if you sell all the Inventory you bought and how much you earn if you sell online the amount of products you set on “Your Market Goals”. 

 

If I choose more than one year as a Contract Length, do I have to annually invest the same amount I will invest in Year 1?

No, the Investment amount is not fixed, every year you will receive a similar Simulator to choose the annual amounts of Products and Services. 


Keep in mind that there are costs every year of your Contract, as you shall renew your set of Products. 

 

Do you have any kind of Incentive’s Program that will allow me to reduce my Investment?

If such specific question would be answered with a no, it would be kind of weird…

In a near future, we will present an innovative Incentive’s Program that will allow every Ambassador to gain DAHCOINS depending on the achievement of proposed objectives. The Ambassador might earn DAHCOINS in an amount that represent the total value of his/her Ammo Investment.

With our virtual coin, the Ambassador will have credits for future purchases on our website and/or for his/her Contract Investment in the following year. 

 

4. SIMULATOR FOLLOW-UP

What happens after I submit the Simulator?

After you submit the Simulator, we will present your Ambassador Contract with all the conditions you chose on the Simulator, within 7 days. Then, all you need to do to officially become an Ambassador is to sign the Contract.

 

But, what if I change my mind regarding the amount of Products or the Services I chose in the Simulator?

Please note that your answers to the Simulator are not binding.

If you want to make any modifications to your initial submission, you are able to do it until the moment you sign the Contract. 

 

Is the Contract Renewal automatic?

No. At the end of the Contract DAHCOR will analyze this partnership, and decide to continue or terminate it.

 

I have partnerships with other sports brands. Can I still be an Ambassador?

No.
