Expanding to the GCC

DAHCOR to Relocate Its Core Operations to the Middle East

We are entering a new chapter. Over the coming months we will begin relocating our core operations and new headquarters to the Middle East (GCC). This is not a goodbye to Portugal. We will maintain selected production in Portugal and extend manufacturing to Asia—including in the GCC—to support scale, speed, and proximity to our growth markets.

Industrial Footprint

• Portugal: cork composites, organic cotton, recycled polyester (rPET) and other sustainable technologies—staying true to handmade, brain-made, heart-made in Portugal.
• Asia: selected categories and components to increase capacity, shorten lead times, and support regional market access.
• GCC: manufacturing capabilities integrated with our new HQ for rapid prototyping, customization at scale, and global distribution.

Across all sites we are standardizing sustainable processes: bio-based resins, water-based inks/coatings, low-VOC adhesives, closed-loop textile programs, and digital traceability (NFC/ID).
